Who we are
VantaCheats runs vantacheats.net and is responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything privacy related at support@vantacheats.net.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address, which you use to sign in with a one-time code.
- Orders: what you bought, when, the amount, the order number, the payment method type and the keys delivered to you.
- Payments: handled by our payment partner. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and basic details about it, but never your full card number or wallet credentials.
- Support and reviews: messages you send us and reviews you post.
- Technical data: your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you request, recorded in server logs and used for security and fraud prevention.
- Performance data: anonymous page load measurements, collected without cookies, so we can keep the site fast.
We do not ask for your name, address or phone number to sell you a key.
How we use it
- To process orders and deliver your keys (performing our contract with you).
- To run your account, send sign-in codes and show your orders and keys in your dashboard.
- To answer support requests and handle refunds, replacements and license extensions.
- To prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and attacks on the site (our legitimate interest in keeping the store safe).
- To keep the records that tax, accounting and payment rules require (legal obligation).
- To understand and improve site performance.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Our payment partner, which processes payments, issues invoices and delivers keys by email.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that run the site and store our data.
- Our email provider, which sends sign-in codes and order emails.
- Software providers. When you activate a key, the provider’s software may record information about your device to validate the license. That processing is carried out by the provider under its own terms.
- Authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
Some of these providers are located outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Order records (orders, payments and delivered keys) are kept indefinitely, so your purchase history, keys and invoices stay available and we can verify past orders.
Account details are kept while your account exists. Support messages and reviews are kept while they are needed to help you or remain published. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security.
Security
Traffic to vantacheats.net is encrypted, sign-in uses one-time codes instead of passwords, and payment details stay with our payment partner. Access to customer data is limited to what is needed to run the store and support you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct data that is wrong;
- delete data we are not required to keep;
- limit or object to how we use it;
- send your data to you or another service in a portable format.
Email support@vantacheats.net from the address on your account and we will respond as soon as possible. Because order records are kept for the reasons above, a deletion request removes your account details but not the records of past orders. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you signed in. The details are in our Cookie Policy.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced on the site.
